Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine-type) is produced by ethanol extraction, crystallisation and purification of Piper nigrum fruits.
This yields piperine at ≥95% purity. As a potent bioavailability enhancer via inhibition of hepatic glucuronidation and improvement of gut absorption, piperine dramatically increases the bioavailability of curcumin (~2000%), resveratrol, selenium and many other nutrients.
