Water Soluble Paprika Oleoresin is an emulsified or encapsulated form of paprika oleoresin designed for water-based food systems.
The non-pungent red-orange colour from capsanthin and capsorubin carotenoids is made dispersible in water through use of emulsifiers or carrier systems. Ideal for beverages, dairy, sauces, dressings and brined meat products where oil-soluble paprika oleoresin cannot be directly incorporated.
