It is naturally rich in B-complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9), high-quality protein (45-55%), essential amino acids, chromium, selenium and beta-glucan dietary fibre. Widely used as a nutritional supplement, animal feed additive and savoury flavouring agent.
