This yields a nutty-flavoured green-gold oil with an ideal 3:1 omega-6/omega-3 essential fatty acid ratio, plus GLA, stearidonic acid, tocopherols and phytosterols. Used as a premium culinary oil, salad oil and nutritional supplement, and as a carrier in functional products.
