Instant Black Tea is manufactured from high-quality CTC or orthodox black tea leaves through hot-water extraction, centrifugation, concentration and spray drying. The resulting fine powder is readily soluble in hot or cold water.
It delivers consistent tea colour and flavour in seconds. It is available in conventional and cold-water-soluble (CWS) grades, with the latter enzymatically treated to prevent cream-down in iced tea applications.
