Instant Black Tea Powder is produced from selected fermented black tea leaves via hot-water infusion, vacuum concentration and spray drying.
Standardised for colour, flavour and caffeine content, it is free-flowing, hygroscopic-controlled, and engineered for use in cold-fill iced tea, milk tea and RTD beverage manufacturing. Cold-water-soluble (CWS) grades are available for clear iced tea applications.
