Konjac Thickening and Stabilising Agent is a compound hydrocolloid system formulated with refined konjac glucomannan, often combined with complementary hydrocolloids (e.g. Xanthan, carrageenan) to optimise viscosity, gel strength, freeze-thaw stability and mouthfeel.
It delivers strong water-binding, high-viscosity thickening and heat-stable gelling at low use levels. This makes it suitable for a wide range of dairy, meat, bakery and beverage applications.
