Onion Juice Concentrate is produced by pressing fresh onions, clarifying the juice and vacuum-evaporating to a high-Brix concentrate.
It retains the characteristic pungent flavour, aroma and bioactive compounds of onion including quercetin, allicin precursors, fructooligosaccharides (prebiotic) and sulfur compounds.
