Probiotic Fermented Tea Juice is manufactured by brewing selected tea leaves, adjusting sugar content, inoculating with Lactobacillus or Bifidobacterium strains, and fermenting at 30–37 °C for 24–72 hours. The finished product is pasteurised and bottled.
It retains tea polyphenols (EGCG, theaflavins) alongside fermentation metabolites (organic acids, bacteriocins, postbiotics). It provides a dual-action functional beverage.
