White Kidney Bean Extract is produced by water/ethanol extraction of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds, standardised to phaseolamin (alpha-amylase inhibitor) activity or 1–5% active content.
By inhibiting salivary and pancreatic alpha-amylase, it reduces starch-to-sugar conversion in the gut. It supports carbohydrate blocking, weight management, glycaemic control and starch-meal blunting.
