Yeast Protein is produced by disrupting yeast cell walls and extracting the intracellular protein, followed by purification to achieve high protein concentration (≥ 75%).
It provides all essential amino acids with particularly high levels of lysine and threonine, is free from common allergens (soy, dairy, gluten), and has a neutral to mild flavour. Emerging as a sustainable alternative protein for plant-based and functional food formulations.
