Vitamin A Palmitate 500 SD CWS/S is a spray-dried (SD), cold-water-soluble (CWS) preparation of retinyl palmitate containing 500,000 IU/g of Vitamin A activity, stabilized with modified starch (/S denotes starch matrix). The spray-drying process creates uniform beadlets with a protective carbohydrate shell that provides excellent stability during processing and storage. The CWS designation ensures rapid and complete dispersion in cold water.
