Hulled Hemp Seed, also called hemp hearts, is produced by mechanically removing the hard outer hull from whole hemp seeds to expose the soft, creamy inner kernel.
It delivers approximately 30-33% complete protein (all essential amino acids), 47-50% healthy fats (ALA, LA, GLA), fiber, magnesium, zinc and vitamin E. Vegan, non-GMO and allergen-friendly.
