Enramycin 8% Premix are dust-color powder, smelly, and have good fluidity. Polypeptide antibiotic. Obtained by the incubation of Streptomyces fungicidicus. Restricted activity on gram positive bacteria (selective spectrum ) on Cl. perfringes (Necrotic entritis). Enramycin 8% Premix be used widely used at different kinds and ages of pigs and chickens.   • Indications for use:
  • 1.To treat and prevent enteritis of bacterial origin in poultry, pigs and fish caused by Clostridium perfringens. and other gram-positive bacteria inhabiting the gastrointestinal tract;

    2.To reduce plague caused by necrotic enteritis;

    3.To reduce dampness of bedding;

    4.To reduce ammonia content in droppings/ livestock manure;

    5.To improve feed efficiency in poultry, pigs and fish.

  • Dosage
  • For poultry (including turkey)

    Broilers (prestarter, starter, grower, finisher ration) – 150 g/t Laying hens (up to 8 weeks and above 8 weeks)             –   150 g/t

     

    For pigs:

    Piglets (weaning and fattening) – 200 g/t

    Pregnant, lactating sows               – 300 g/t

     

    For fish:

    Fattening period –   80 g/t

     

    Mixing instruction:

    Ensure uniform dispersion of enramycin premix in feed by method of multi-stage mixing. Or add to combined feed through a commercially produced vitamin  and mineral premix.

  • Enramycin used in pig’s feed can reduce its diarrhea, promote growth and reduce feed conversion rate; Enramycin used in finish feeds can improve pigs feeds conversion efficiency and increase culture benefit; Enramycin used in lactating sows can increase its milk yield and weaning weight.

    In poultry feed Enramycin can help reduce enteritis and potbellied, increase the feed digestibility, promote growth and decrease the feed-gain ratio; the use on layers can maintain its weight, the peak period can be well guaranteed and prevent the decrease of laying rate.

    Enramycin has a strong antibacterial effect under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions. It is effective primarily against Gram- positive bacteria such as Ciostridium perfringens, which causes necrotic enteritis and growth depression in poultry.

    Enramycin is an excellent growth-promoter and improves feed efficiency at very low inclusion levels in feed. There is no cross-resistance between Enramycin and other available antibiotics or antibacterials.
