Vitamin A Palmitate 500 SD CWS/S BHT is a spray-dried, cold-water-soluble preparation of retinyl palmitate containing 500,000 IU/g of Vitamin A activity, formulated in a starch-based matrix with BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) as a synthetic antioxidant stabilizer. The addition of BHT provides enhanced oxidative stability compared to unstabilized versions. This results in longer shelf life and better vitamin retention during processing and storage.
This formulation is particularly suited for applications with extended shelf-life requirements or exposure to elevated temperatures during processing. The CWS format ensures excellent dispersibility in aqueous food and beverage systems.
