High Fructose Corn Syrup is one of the most widely used caloric sweeteners in the global food industry. It offers sweetness comparable to sucrose in liquid form. It is produced through a multi-step enzymatic process that converts corn starch to glucose and then partially isomerizes it to fructose.
HFCS-42 (42% fructose) is commonly used in processed foods, baked goods, and condiments, while HFCS-55 (55% fructose) is the standard sweetener for carbonated soft drinks. Both grades offer excellent blending properties, fermentability, and shelf-life stability.
We supply HFCS in bulk quantities via ISO tank or drum packaging. It provides consistent Brix levels and fructose content to meet the specifications of beverage bottlers and food processors globally.
