Natamycin E235 can be used in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal care products, Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry. Natamycin E235 is used as food preservative in cheese, fermented meat, yogurt, beverages, wines and baked goods against yeasts and molds. Natamycin E235 has no effect on bacteria, so it does not prevent in the natural maturing process
