L-Tryptophan is used in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal care products, Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry. L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid used as a food additive and in nutritional supplements. 

L-Tryptophan is considered to be a nutrition enhancer and can be found in many nutritional supplements or as an additive in many foods. L-Tryptophan can be used as prevention of nicotinic acid deficiency in medicine.
