Dehydrated Garlic is manufactured by selecting mature garlic bulbs, washing, peeling, slicing and hot-air drying at 55–65 °C to moisture ≤6.5%.
The finished product is sieved into multiple size grades and packaged to prevent moisture absorption and aroma loss. It delivers the full sulfuric garlic flavour of fresh garlic (as allyl sulfides) in a convenient, shelf-stable form.
