Deoiled Soya Lecithin Powder is produced by acetone extraction of crude or fluid soybean lecithin to remove the neutral triglyceride oil.
This yields a concentrated phospholipid powder (≥ 97% acetone-insolubles). The powder form offers easier handling, dispersion and incorporation into dry mixes, supplements and functional foods versus fluid lecithin.
