Vitamin A Palmitate 500 CWS/A is a cold-water-soluble beadlet preparation of retinyl palmitate containing 500,000 IU/g of Vitamin A activity, encapsulated in an acacia (gum arabic) matrix (/A denotes acacia). The acacia-based encapsulation provides natural emulsification properties and excellent compatibility with a wide range of food systems.
This formulation disperses readily in cold water and maintains good stability during standard food processing conditions. The acacia matrix is a well-established food-grade encapsulant with a long history of safe use in food applications.
