Sodium Hexametaphosphate (Food Grade) is in the form of white powder, white fine powder, white granular or colorless piece. In the food industry it is used as a sequesdtrant and quality improver. Applications for Sodium Hexametaphosphate include cheese powders and dips, breakfast cereals, beer and bottled beverages, imitation cheese, frozen dessert, packaged eggs and artificial maple syrup.
