Dehydrated Ginger is produced by washing, peeling, slicing and hot-air drying fresh ginger root to ≤ 12% moisture.
Available as whole slices, dices, flakes, granules or powder. It delivers concentrated ginger flavour, pungency (gingerols and shogaols) and aroma for use in spice blends, beverages, bakery, confectionery and traditional medicine.
