Mushroom Powder is produced by low-temperature drying and fine milling of culinary mushrooms (shiitake, button, portabella, oyster) or medicinal varieties (reishi, lion's mane, chaga, maitake, cordyceps).
It concentrates natural umami flavor, beta-glucan polysaccharides, ergosterol (vitamin D2 precursor), B-vitamins and minerals. Widely used in seasoning blends, soup bases, functional beverages and immune-support supplements.
