Powdered Lecithin is produced by deoiling crude lecithin via acetone extraction to remove neutral oil, followed by spray drying and milling to a fine free-flowing powder (≥ 97% acetone-insolubles).
It is the ideal form for dry-mix applications such as instant beverages, nutritional powders, bakery premixes and dietary supplements.
